Girl Scout Cookie - Weight Watcher Points & Calories by Cookie

Hey there!! It's that time of year again ... Girl Scout Cookie Season


Yummmmm ....I wanted to know the WW points for each cookie, so that when I made my order I wasn't making a huge mistake in sabotaging my weight loss goals.

I've done a bunch of research on the nutritional value of these delicious cookies and found out a lot more than I thought I was going to!

For example: Do you know why they have cookies that have two different names (Peanut Butter Patties vs. Tagalongs .... or Carmel deLites vs. Samoas)? It's because Girl Scout cookies are produced by two different bakeries! They actually ARE slightly different in nutritional value too.

So anyways, hopefully this will help you make a healthy order when supporting your local Girl Scout troop!!

  1. This just made me realize that eating girl scout cookies is not worth added calories. I love them but I am not a one cookie type of girl. I do appreciate you posting this information. The more you know the better choices you make.
